As the days go by about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s divorce, more evidence becomes known on the alleged abuse that Amber endured. People, June 1, 2016 has pictures of Amber Heard and the injuries that she claims her husband Johnny did to her.
Amber and Johnny met in 2011 on the set of “The Rum Diary” and they seemed to hit it off, but according to a source for People, their loving relationship turned abusive.
"Johnny and Amber's relationship was always toxic," a source tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. "They got in so many fights."
Amber filed for divorce on May 23 after Johnny physically assaulted her by throwing an iPhone in her face apparently striking her in the eye. On May 27, when Amber asked the courts for a temporary restraining
order against Johnny, she had a black eye as proof of his abuse. She accused Johnny of physical and verbal abuse during their 15-month marriage.
Johnny Depp had not commented on any of the abuse allegations although his daughter, his former partner of 14 years, and others defend him. A friend of Johnny’s believes that Amber Hears is making up the abuse allegations as a way to blackmail him and Johnny’s attorney claims that Amber’s motivation is purely monetary.
Amber Heard stated that in March 2015, Johnny Depp injured his hand and the media took pictures of his bandaged right hand when he was boarding a private plane to fly back to Los Angeles for treatment. At that time, Johnny was filming “Pirates of the Caribbean” in Brisbane, Australia but the incident did not happen on the set, or while filming. According to Amber, Johnny punched a wall while they were having an argument.
Johnny Depp's injury was so bad that they had to suspend filming on the “Pirates of the Caribbean” while Johnny recuperated. The doctors inserted a pin in his finger to correct his injury. However, it is also rumored that during that time, Johnny entered rehab for alcohol abuse.
The divorce between the fun-loving pirate, Jack Sparrow, aka Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is becoming very messy. Amber is suing Johnny for spousal support and her attorney fees, while Johnny has asked the courts to refuse her request. Unfortunately, the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement before they married.
