1. To transact and to negotiate with the MASAITO DEVELOPMENT CORP./ CITIHOMES BUILDER & DEVELOPMENT, INC. in my behalf regarding the house and Lot 2-4 Block10 brought located at Egret St. Vallejo Place, Imus CAvite City with an area of _____ square meters.
2. To pay the monthly payment of the same;
3. To represent me and to make amicable settlement if problem arise regarding the house and lot I acquired;
4. To sign, make and execute any paper to carry out the above said purpose;
5. To represent me at the pre-trial conference and subsequent hearing in case of court litigations.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person, with full power of substitution of revocation, and
