He talks of structure in the sublime. We must be clear in what we mean to say and how we do it. He talks extensively of this on page fifty. He also tells us we must not have tumors in the story “for they only dilute”. If you are clear and smart about how you structure it and don't go off subject you are that much closer to the sublime.
He also tells us of the five basic rules for writing. The first is you need a boldness in the thoughts. This means you must know what you're writing and why you are writing it. Second, you must raise passions. For your writing to be taken through history it must play to the audience's passions. Third, skilful application to figures is required. You must be skilful in your imagery, giving the reader’s imagination an outlet from your piece. Fourth, having noble and graceful manner of expression means you must be skillful in your application of words and expressions.
