The Three Components Of The Transdisciplinary Approach
A physical disability do not has direct effect on intellectual disability, so the process of growth or development intellectual for the person with disability, cognitive development is closely dependent on communication abilities. That form of cognitive development obvious in education settings. The children with different physical disabilities in same case are very braine and smart, they are able to speak, write, do math and experience no exceptional difficulty with their academic program. Student with physical and health disabilities resulting in special health care needs can present unique difficulties to their families and teachers. A multidisciplinary team evaluate each student in special education programs and the team work professional, independently, or directly with the child. The transdisciplinary approach evaluate the children in the goals they looking for them to be part of others. The team has the model of service delivery, particularly for young children, because it encuragees intergration of services, which helps not only with generalization, but provides opportunity for everyone to know what the other is doing. The three components of trans disciplinary models are;
1-Arena assessment, where all of the professionals involved in the child's assess the students simultaneously .
2-Ongoing team interaction, where all of the professionals involved in a child's care share information and work together.
3-Role release, where each professional is willing to step outside of his or her role, or share role with other professionals. Communication is a part of encourage intellectual and physical growth and development, and can be used by others in the environment that helps children and teachers or parents too in their work.
