The Trials Of Apollo: The Hidden Oracle Summary
The book “The Trials Of Apollo: The Hidden Oracle” is set in the fall of 2016, and takes place mostly in the Demigod safe-haven / summer camp called Camp Half-Blood, on Long Island, New York. The camp is protected by a magic barrier that forbids any mortals entrance through the mainland. They also often venture out into the dangerous Forest of Camp Half-Blood filled with monsters.

Apollo, the god of Archery, Healing, Oracles, was stripped of his godly powers after being accused of starting a war between Roman demigods and Greek demigods. Its referenced a lot in the book, the last thing he remembers from Zeus, “Your fault, your punishment.” It has happened to him twice before in the last millennia, so he’s used to it. Find a demigod, be its servant for a year or two, back to Olympus. This time it’s different. He hasn’t retained any godly powers! Usually he has some super strength, a bow and arrow, he has nothing. He runs into a sassy young girl named Megan, though she prefers Meg. Apollo explains his cause, and of course, she turns out to be a demigod and claims him. They decide to head to Camp Half-Blood, meeting fellow demigod and teenage Olympian war veteran, Percy Jackson, a Protagonist in 10 other books! (Not this one.) Once they get to Camp Half-Blood, they realize that their Oracle there isn’t giving any Prophecies! As Apollo explains to

He used to be a god, but was accused of starting a war between the Roman demigods and the Greek demigods, presumably nearly wiping out the entire demigod race. Zeus accused him of this and has temporarily removed him from Mount Olympus, the temple of the gods. At first, he is overwhelmed by his loss, and was usually very full of himself as a god, but having his powers, and good looks, taken away from him, him needing to get over that shows that he is a nice person, and he learns that everyone is just as important as he

Amidst the shortcoming of the Cold War, the goal of the 1960’s was “to go above and beyond” in space exploration by successfully landing a man on the moon, which would serve as a gambit to conceivably lead the United States to victory. Before astronauts ventured beyond the earth, scientists had to assess the space environment and the hazards of human exploration. Soon after President John F. Kennedy assumed office in January of 1961, the space race was undoubtedly underway, and the United State’s primary focus was landing a man on the moon--hence, the Apollo Program. These Apollo Missions are significant in that America received technical credibility and hasted the end of the Cold War in our favor. Also, Carole Stott, a long-time astronomer…

Apollo Was The More Supportive Creative one of the Gods among the numerous Greek Gods. The Birth Place of Apollo is on the sunny Greek Islands of Delos, Where he was born along side his sister Airtimes. Like all the other Gods Apollo Has strengths and weaknesses too, like a few of his strengths are he is creative, supportive of all earths creatures, and he is also handsome. The most usual Attributes of Apollo were the lyre and the bow; the tripod especially was dedicated to him as the God of prophecy. Among plants the bag used in expiratory and sacrifices. A Physical Appearance of Apollo is, A Boy with his hair fastened up so that he may box with Girt-up Head; rays of wrath and light raise up from above his brow, and his cheeks emit a smile mingled with wrath (philostratus). Apollo, though one of the great gods of Olympus, is yet represented in some sort of dependence on zeus , who is regarded as the source of powers exercised by his son. The powers ascribed to Apollo are apparently of different kinds. But are all connected within each other. And may be said to be only ramifications of one and the same as seen from the following…

Zeus had many affairs with other women, and Hera never failed to punish these women. (Hamilton, 22) When Leto became pregnant, Zeus left her because he was afraid of Hera's anger. (Hamilton 433) Leto wandered from place to place looking for somewhere to have your child until she arrived at Delos. (Hamilton, 433) Delos was an unstable, "small, waterless Greek island,".(Bleiberg) When Leto arrived at Delos, the island became stable. (Hamilton 433) Before allowing Leto to stay at Delos, the goddess of the island made Leto swear on the River Styx that her child would keep his temple at Delos. Leto agreed and was allowed to stay. ("Greek Mythology: From the Iliad to the Fall of the Last Tyrant.") As punishment from Hera, she did not allow the goddess of childbirth Eileithya to assist Leto and her labor lasted nine days. The other gods had pity on Leto and bribed Eileithya to assist Leto without Hera's knowledge. (Bleiberg) Apollo and his twin sister Artemis were born and Apollo was often called Delian from Delos after his birthplace. (Hamilton, 26) Apollo was fed the food of the gods, nectar and ambrosia ("Greek Mythology: From the Iliad to the Fall of the Last Tyrant"), and grew into an adult in four days.
