Theodore Roosevelt's Speech Conservation Speech
In the speech CONSERVATION AS A NATIONAL DUTY by President Theodore Roosevelt.In his speech he mostly talk about how people treated the environment back then.That what I’m also going to be talking about.Theodore was President during the time of September 14, 1901 – March 4, 1909.Theodore’s nickname was Teddy.

Conservation was a big thing in the early 1900’s.Conservation is the action of conserving something, in particular.Theodore made many connections in his speech some of those I will be summing up in this essay.He mostly made connections about Patriotism,Progress, and The Morality of American People.

There was a lot of progress made from the 1800’s throughout the 1900’s.The mere increase of consumption of coal during 1907 over 1906
