Theoretical Framework Of Turley's Model
The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical framework of Turley’s model, and apply each of its constructs: the computer science, the information science, and the cognitive science to Telemedicine. The paper also discusses the implications of Telemedicine and Turley's model and their impact on the role of nursing informatics specialist.
