Thomas Jefferson's Role Model
Jefferson started his career in MBPS in 2011 when he became a JHRPS Participant Services representative. His strong product knowledge made him the Top 2 Performer in Q1 2015 and gave him consistent exceeding Call QA scores. His continuous dedication to his role made him the go-to person of the team and eventually became his ladder in moving to the Resource Officer role.

As a Resource Officer, he handles escalations and worked closely with the management team to improve the team's performance. He makes sure to voice out his suggestions and recommendations to help the team provide excellent customer service in keeping up with our promise, "Participant First". As a person handling escalations for the team, he also received a number of commendation
