Relatability is another important quality that a good television show has to have.
The show Gilmore Girls has that quality. One of the first scenes in the show is one of the main characters Rory, talking to a boy she likes at school, and she doesn’t know what to say. A recurring theme in the show is that Lorelai, the main character of the show, doesn’t have a good relationship with her parents. It all started when Lorelai was a teen and kept going into adulthood. A lot of people can relate to this because there are a lot of people out there who don’t have good relationships with their parents. The show Grey’s Anatomy is another example of a show that is relatable. One example of this is when
Meredith.
The last quality, but certainly not least, that a good tv show has to have is good acting. The show Downton Abbey has shown everyone time and time again the excellence of its actors/ actresses. 40 plus best actor/ actress nominations for various award shows is definitely something significant. Almost all of the actors/ actresses have been in some other highly rated movie. For example, Maggie Smith, who plays Violet Crawley in Downton Abbey, would for sure be recognized as Professor McGonagall in the extremely popular Harry Potter series. Another show that has great acting is the show Grey’s Anatomy. It takes a special type of person to be able to bring a character to life so much that everyone is completely heartbroken when the character leaves or dies. Anyone who knows anything about Grey’s Anatomy knows who Derek Shepherd, who is probably better known as McDreamy, is. Another well renown show that has good acting is Gilmore Girls. Gilmore Girls is a show that has a lot of script that needs to fit into a 45 minute episode, which demands that the actors and actresses to talk faster than the average person. Nobody does it as well as Lauren Graham or Alexis Bledel does. People have obviously been demanding to see more of their outstanding acting, because a reboot of the show is scheduled for November 25, 2016.
