Water has three cycles. They are evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. The first is evaporation. Evaporation is the sun heats water in the soil, rivers, lakes, and oceans. The water evaporates and turns into water vapor, a gas. The second is condensation. Condensation is the water vapor rises, forms clouds, and is cooled by the air. The last is precipitation. Precipitation is water returns to Earth as rain, snow, or other precipitation. Some water seeps into the ground. Two forms of precipitation. They are some water returns to the ocean and some water return to the
