Till It's Gone By Robert Crumb
Till it´s gone

Robert Crumb born in Philadelphia 1943 (73 year), also called R. Crumb, has made 1992: short history of America, which is a colorful short cartoon about America throughout the past years. The pictures remind me of a song called "Don´t know what you got, till it´s gone” because, in the comic strip the wonderful nature is destroyed, and eventually the people who lived there have planted trees which I think is a sign that when we destroyed nature, we realized what we had lost, and regretted it. Industry is a big success for the world, but at the end, people will long for the past.

“Don´t know what you got till it´s gone
Don´t know what it is I did so wrong
Now I know what I got
It´s just this song
And it ain´t easy to get back
Takes so long”.

“It ain´t easy to get back” because we have destroyed the world as much as we have, and until we realize what we have done, it will be hard to get everything back, but Robert tells us in the last picture, that it is possible. It´s only a matter of faith

Many people don´t think until it is too late, but some don´t think at all. “Don´t know what it is I did wrong” Almost every person on this planet is helping to destroy nature, without knowing it, and I know I´m guilty. I´m not saying we are monsters, but how come we managed to destroy this much, in only a few years. I´m afraid what the future will look like. Probably not close to what it is now.

Robert Crumb, who has made the comic, has imagined the future and what nature will look like in some years. For example, he has chosen to draw flying cars in an image.
Several people believe in the same future Robert thinks is possible, but he has thought further ahead and made a picture more to the

In his novel, Eaters of the Dead, author Michael Crichton shows how the Volga Northmen were able to defeat their foes, the wendol, by using their intellect instead of their weapons. This is seen in four aspects. The theme of the novel is that physical courage is not enough to preserve your culture and lifestyle: intelligence and superior knowledge are absolutely essential. Conflict between the wendol and the Northmen shows which group has the intelligence to eliminate the other. Symbolism of wisdom, knowledge, and the lack of such things are used by Crichton to illustrate this moral. The juxtaposition of characters emphasizes the cleverness of the Volga Northmen compared to the Venden Northmen.…

I chose this song because it’s a hard song but soft at the same time. The tone and beat of the song is very mixed and a little confusing like Hamlet was during that entire seen of the play. Also, the background singers are very crucial because it reminded me of the thoughts going through one's head. The lyrics at also very fitting for the scene too. This song is supposed to represent the moments before Hamlet sees the ghost of his father and what he was thinking as he is going to see him.…

Sometimes, the path of life contains various obstacles and instead of holding on we surrender via selecting the easy choice and then, sink ourselves in the river of failed hopes and dreams; giving up. Counting stars, now a popular song, was performed in 2013 by an American pop rock band called One Republic. Ryan Tedder, the band’s lead singer composed the song and produced it. The reason that lingers behind the composition of the song; according to the composer, is to resurface the importance of the issue of drugs in his hometown, America; and to recur the consequences of merging yourself deep within this problematic, influential situation. The song was written…
