ONLINE RESORT ROOMS RESERVATION SYSTEM

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
The main problem of this is the inaccurate of reservation of the customer. Such as Low in security, Time monitoring, Less data integrity, difficulty in searching and retrieving files, Possible loss of records and retrieving files, and difficulty in finding the availability of rooms because of the manual system.

OBJECTIVE:
Our objective is to solve the problems encountered and to change the manual reservation to computerized reservation system. * To increase the security between the management and staff. * To lessen time consume. * To highly integrate the data. * To spend less time in searching and retrieving files. * To create back up of files in every successful transaction. * To become make easier to find the availability rooms.

E-LIBRARY SYSTEM

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

Many library systems are operated manually by group of people. In such situations many people involved in the process of managing the library such a way that to keep records regarding the books & students (borrowers), check the books manually, keep records on issued books etc. all these things have to be carried out manually & if the library is large in Content handling is also a problem. On the other hand keeping large amount of maintenance workers may cost a lot & it will not be efficient for a library. Manual record keeping is also not a reliable method as people tend to forget things.

OBJECTIVE:

The aim of this is to develop a system that can handle and manage the activities involved in a library in an efficient and reliable way. Less managing personnel and easy searching availability and user profile managing are major goals in this system.

* Develop system that can replace manual library managing system * Develop a database which stores user details and book details * Give reliable search facility for the users * Create an easy to understand user

    Del Carmen Hotel started in the year of 2010. Del Carmen is located in San Pedro Agoo, La Union. It was owned by Mrs. Anderia F. Del Carmen, she’s a Business women. Together with his husband Mr. Jonathan D. Del Carmen they build this Hotel along the La Union Medical Center. At present Del Carmen Hotel has a total of 35 rooms, they offers 3types of rooms Single Bed rooms, Double Bed rooms and Master Bed rooms. Today they have a total number of 76 costumer and 21 occupied Bed rooms. The workers in the reservation area are done manually, there are 2 people assigned in that area. Sometimes there is a problem in computing and reserving the rooms, because of manually procedure. Thus, the researchers will develop a Computerized Hotel Reservation System with a bar code reader to solve problems they have encountered during their manual system. The system that the researchers will develop is more advance and reliable to use for their works. It is a module that eases the process of accessioning of rooms by the costumer who want to reserve a room in the Hotel. Automatic generation of reserving and computing the payments of staying and occupied the rooms, and availability of the rooms. It is a module that ensures policies in terms of reserving and computing the payments of rooms to be reported in the manager and explaining in the costumer if there is a question. The system includes a module for buck-up and recovery in reservation and computing the payments. In accordance with this, it is proposed that a reservation system of Del Carmen Hotel will be developing to meet the needs of the reservation area.…
