Strictly Legal promote client confidentiality by acting in accordance with our privacy statement and policies and procedures, which support the Trust Account Supervisor's compliance with chapters 8 and 11 of the Rules of Conduct and Client Care of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act and the Privacy Act 1993.
6.1 Strictly Legal, and its staff, understands they will come in contact with confidential information as part of the trust accounting process. Strictly Legal are committed to protecting and holding in strict confidence all information concerning a client, the retainer, and the client's business and affairs acquired in the course of administering your trust account.
6.2 Strictly Legal will never share or remove any confidential material of any kind unless authorised as part of our duties, policies and procedures, or with the express permission or direction to do so from the Trust Account Supervisor. The exception being, exceptional circumstances which require mandatory reporting, as outlined in our privacy statement. Termination of your subscription must be given to us in writing. We will complete your paid monthly subscription services as per the agreed terms.

These Terms apply to any current engagement and also to any future engagement whether or not we send you another copy of them.
