Tolerance Ambiguity Analysis

The information introduced illuminates me that I have Empathy and Respect for others and my areas of improvements are Tolerance Ambiguity and Behavioral Flexibility. I do concur with majority of the scores and level of competence I received in this survey. This is a learning moment for me to assess and analyze how I interact with other cultures. In spite of being open minded, respectful and empathetic, I need to take some of the constraints off. Moreover, not have an excessive high standard or expectation of others. Besides, or expect them to do what I would do, especially in a professional setting. Having a past of living in an area of diverse population and traveling has certainly contributed to my ability to communicate and relate to others
cultural backgrounds without shifting my own thoughts and neglect others. In general, this has augmented to the results received in the INCA survey.
