Determine what type of enterprise you would like to have. Why?
The name of our company will be “Отпуск на природе” and the company should have the legal form of Limited Liability Company. We choose this form because we want to protect our personal assets if something should go wrong. The other reason why we chose this form because we have small company with three founders.
Our business idea is to offer holidays in a wooden houses for 3-10 people in the woods surrounded by nature and wildness far away from civilization. The houses could be booked by people for 3-7 days, including a kitchen where the people could cook as well as place for making fire and barbecue. Each house has a big wooden chimney and a traditional Russian sauna to give a perfect feeling of cosiness and quaintness. Every group will be led by a qualified instructor. When necessary we also could organize the transportation to the house (e.g. because of snow, bad weather).
Additionally to the accommodation the groups could book different tours for an extra payment.

The climate in Ural Mountains:
In January, the coldest month of the year, average temperature is -17 °C. July is the warmest month of the year. The average temperature is 18 °C. The hottest temperatures are 35-38 °C
Depending on the season and the locality as well as the providers we want to offer our customers this activities.
For winter: husky- tour sledge with horses with traditional food ice fishing ice hole swimming snowmobile tour snowshoes-tour hunting watching birds

For summer:
Swimming
Trekking
Fishing
hunting
Rafting
Wilderness Adventure
Survival Training collecting mushrooms and wild berries

We will provide different combination of the activities for customers to choose. If they have special request for the activities, it is also possible.
We will not organize the entertaining programs on own. We want to work together with local providers of this touristic services. But for every booking our
