Restaurant (upper)
All Asian and sea foods cuisines.
The ambiance must be nice and friendly environment.
The upper restaurant must be an air condition room.
In the 2nd floor it should have a comfort room for men and women.
Restaurant (lower)
All Filipino cuisine in 1st floor.
The ambiance must be nice and friendly environment and also they have an flower or plant designs near in parking space.
The lower restaurant must be an air condition room.
In the 1st floor it should have a comfort room for men and women.
In 1st floor it should have an ramp for disable and for the not disable.
In the lower restaurant it has an umbrella for extension in order to the customer will use it while waiting for something or waiting some friends.
They have Benches, the set up of the chairs and tables it should have a 2 persons, 4 persons, 6 persons or more so that they know where they seat.
Overall Facilities:
The chairs and tables must in a modern style.
Every floor has its own segregation of garbage disposal.
All floors have a sliding doors and windows.
Each floor must have a amplifier and the sound system.
They should have a Lead Flat Screen T.V.
Each floor has a Lead bulb lights.
For Assistance Center
Information Desk near the entrance so that if the customer didn’t know where he/she going.
You should ask the staff for assisting their needs and wants.
For Emergency Plan
Fire exit signage’s must be put in every corner of the building.
Fire extinguisher, fire sprinkle and fire alarm near the stairs that can easily be seen to everybody.
For
