Written Assignment #3
I chose to use my Tshirt company Celebrity Tshirts. I’ve just received my trademark for one of my tshirts and now I’m waiting to file for the another tshirt to get the trademark to. I have an account open on ebay and an advertisement campaign on facebook. So far I’ve received more likes on my page now I need to convert those likes to actual sales. That’s the biggest challenge. I’m thinking maybe better pictures will help. Just an idea. I need to consult some experts to see what I should do next to increase sales. I’ve written a Vision, Mission and Value Statement based on my business so here it is.

Vision Statement – Always providing the coolest trends! Always on top!
Mission Statement – Our goal is to provide excellent service to the world by creating the slogans on Tshirts that everybody wants to wear. We keep our finger on the pulse of America. Always listening, always sharing with you what’s most important to you. We provide top quality Tshirts at a reasonable and fair cost so everybody can participate. Lookout for our next Tshirt. You’re gonna love it!

I’ve had my own business for a few years now and I know my market and who I’m selling to. I was most compelled by creating these statements as something I would be drawn to. I’m basically selling my products to myself. I feel if I could sell to people like me that would be a pretty great market plus I know that market. I thought of my best moments and they were 25 years ago. I worked on Broadway as an Actress in New York starring in a Production. I was always on TV. I made a ton of money. Now I want to create that same buzz and excitement for my products I’m selling now. I just put up an ad on facebook to try an increase sells in my business. Hopefully this works.
