REFLECTION
Teachers possess enormous responsibility inside their classrooms. We are entrusted with the job of teaching children skills that we will need for their futures. In order to do our job well and with success, we must be prepared to teach in all kinds of environments with different types of situations. As a future teacher we must take into account all of the student’s different learning styles, how quickly or slowly a student takes to understand a certain subject.
According to Dr. Freddie T. Bernal as a future teacher we are not just a teacher but we are also considered as the synthesizer, challenger, moderator, commentator and actress depending on the learning objectives and it supports the instructional activities. We are the synthesizer in our classroom in a way that we use different or varieties of strategies and methods so that we can get the attention of our students, but we also need to consider their capabilities and skills. We are the challenger in a sense that we are giving them the responsibility or task to know and measure their knowledge and also their abilities. We are the moderator or chairman in our classroom because it is our task or obligation to help our students to become productive individual and as their teacher we are the facilitator who guide them to do what is right and good. We are the commentator because it is our responsibility to discuss everything to our students, we are the provider of new information’s and new ideas to our students. Last but not the least we are the actresses in our classroom because it is our job to do our best in discussing our lessons, we need to become an effective teacher in a way that we can able to touch one’s life.
As a future teacher we need to think of a new strategy which will help the students to explore more and they will be able to encounter new knowledge and ideas that will contribute to their total development. We need to bring them in a world that they will enhance their skills and abilities that they can use in real life situation. We should not only focus to what we know and limit our learning’s, instead we need to explore more and learn new things for us to become more productive and successful in our teaching profession.

TITLE: NEW DIRECTION IN EDUCATION TODAY
REFLECTION
Education should not only focus in one curriculum. So, as a future teacher we should go with the flow and we need to be aware that everything that are happening in our environment. We need to know about the new trends in our society.
When it comes to the student or learners they should be knowledgeable enough for them to become successful. They should have different skills and they should know their goals in life and the reasons why they are studying because if they do not have their reasons it will not help them to be motivated and inspired.
As a future teacher we have a big contribution to the success of our students. We should guide our student to achieve their goals in life and as a future teacher we are willing to adjust in the changing of curriculum and we are willing to adopt different strategies as a role model to our students we need to show them that we are eager to teach them because by means of that they will be more inspired and motivated to study hard.

TITLE: THE 21ST CENTURY TEACHERS
REFLECTION
We live in a connected world, with the Internet and powerful digital technologies literally at our fingertips, so it would be foolish not to integrate those things into the learning experience. Media in the 21st century has had strong impact on our culture. As technologies emerge which capitalize on visual communication, media has significantly influenced and shaped our perceptions, beliefs and attitudes. As the rate of media consumption increases, teachers and learners must master the skills required to sift through the mass of information to determine what is essential and needed to continue lifelong learning.
Teachers design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity. Teachers develop technology-enriched learning environments that enable all students to pursue their individual curiosities and become active participants in setting their own educational goals, managing their own learning, and assessing their own progress.
According to Dr. Susan S. Collano In order to construct meaning and a deeper understanding, students must be actively engaged. Educators need to provide learners with a variety of opportunities to solve problems, communicate and apply what they have learned to a real life situation.
As a future teacher I learned that Instead of thinking that I am “The Teacher” the knowledge-giver who stands up front in total control instead of that traditional pedagogy, we need a 21st-century vision of teaching, where there is less teacher talk and more student talk, where I will think about how I am going to pull the most out of these kids, how I’m going to enable these students to be empowered, how I can make sure that I create a classroom that’s free from threat and stress, where they’ll be willing to take risks.
Instead of me having all these preconceived ideas of what they should doing, saying, and producing, I have to be open to what I find in each student. I have to discover and help each student discover their talents and interests and create a learning environment where they can use those gifts and passions to learn from a position of strength.
As a 21st century teachers we need to adapt to dynamic teaching experiences and we must understand and use different learning styles and we need to consider the capabilities of our students. We are the visionary teachers who can look at others ideas and imagine how we would use these in our class and we must see the potential in the emerging tools and web technologies, grasp these and manipulate them to serve our student’s needs, we are the collaborator teachers who shares and contributes new ideas. We are the risk taker teachers, who are willing to sacrifice everything just to let our students learn from us, and as a future teacher we need to become a good leader a teacher leading by example.

REFLECTION
Teachers are the provider of knowledge and information, it is our job to help our students learn and become successful.
According to Ms. Lucille H. Del Valle in order for the student to study hard they should be motivated first. Motivation helps the students to think deeply and critically, through motivation the students are being inspired to do their best in order for them to reach their goals and dreams in life.
As a future teacher we should not only focus in one strategy, we also need to explore so that we will also produce a good and productive learner we should not stick to what we know and we should also consider the capabilities of the students.
Teachers have a big role in once life. One of the big achievements of the teacher is to see their students learn from them. As a future teacher we should touch once life and help the students to bring out the best in them it is a fulfillment in our part if we see a student’s change their life because for them we are their inspiration.
As a future teacher we should always remember that it is not wrong to learn from our students because it does not mean that because we are already a teacher we know everything. Sometimes, we need to listen from our student’s because there are some instances that they know something that we don’t know.
Just like in the story that Miss Lucille H. Del Valle shown to us, we need to make a difference. As a future teacher we should love our student’s and shows them that they are unique and important.
