Two ways of losing weight: Two ways of losing weight are eating healthy and exercising. These are the two most important methods of losing weight. These are the best methods. There are many ways to lose weight, from diet and exercise to extremes measures such as surgery. Diet and exercise is the healthiest way for a person to lose weight. Simple modifications in one’s diet combined with regular exercise can have a dramatic effect and will encourage habits for a lifetime of healthy weight maintenance. However, it might be difficult to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle, but eating healthy has benefits to help promote one’s well – being. In today’s society, exercising is more of a necessity in order to live a longer and healthier life. A healthy living lifestyle is much more than focusing on nutrition and fitness, it is to properly analyze one’s body type and keep track of one’s calorie intake on a daily basis. Losing weight has been a battle that many people seem to be fighting. Some may want to lose a few pounds while others struggle to get back in shape and maintain it, even if it means going about it the hard way. Although a healthy diet and starvation both consist of calorie restriction to lose weight the difference can improve or put a person’s health at risk. In early 1999, over 61% of American adults were classified as overweight or obese. Since then, the rising rate of obesity in this country has continued to increase. Obesity has been known to cause many health issues that could result in death. With the rising rate of obesity in Americans, the surgeon general suggests a reduced calorie diet and cardio exercise to lose weight. However, many become victims of easy weight loss methods such as surgery. One can start eating healthy by learning and understanding the nutritional information for the different types of foods one needs to determine whether a certain food is a healthy

In about a month our family saw a drastic change. He lost over 20 pounds and still going. She is making healthier decision on buying food.
