Salvation History is God’s saving action in human history as recorded in the Bible. In relations to the Trinity, God the Father sends His Son down to Earth to teach us about Salvation History. Messianic Hope is the Jewish belief and expectation that a messiah would come to protect, unite, and lead Israel to freedom. One example of how Jesus fulfills the Messianic Hope was in Isaiah 9:1-6 where Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace and the Son of God who forever rules the Kingdom of Heaven. Another example is in Isaiah 52:13-53:12 when they profuse an uncannily accurate description of Christ’s Passion. He suffered and died for our salvation. A final example is in Jeremiah 31:31-34 where the New Covenant is established in Jesus Christ. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, Christ lives in every believer’s heart. All three of these examples are filled with the Messianic Hope. All three are totally fulfilled by Jesus
