Communication Passport
Communication passport are used by people who have communication problems. It’s a small book that contains personal information e.g. their name and communication difficult. The communication passport sometime has photographs or a drawing to make things clearer for people in the health and social care setting. This could be used by deaf people or someone who has serious stuttering. Communication passport have influence on communication and interpersonal interaction because it allows the service user, the carer and care worker to know what the service user like or dislikes so care can be delivered effectively. Factors that might influence communication and interpersonal interaction is how someone might learn because of their condition for example someone might want to communicate by using speech or pictures to communicate.
