Part A: Akpo
Akpo will be a multisport complex situated in Seasiders Way, Blackpool, FY1 6JJ ['http://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-to-let/property-37984746.html'] , that will give us enough space to develop the business. There are currently no other sport facilities like this in this area. The idea came from my background in extreme sports/ sports, mostly because I couldn't find all of them in the same place and I had to travel to be able to do it.
In this assignment I will show why I think this business is a good idea and why I think that it could be a very successful one in a very short period of time.

The main objectives for Akpo are:
Sell 1000 memberships in the first year, 1600 until the end of second year, 2500 by the end of third year.
Organise competitions that within 1-2 years will grow up to professional level and become an event that people will enjoy every year
Support charity events and charity fundraising trough events and help the community grow
Return at least 10% of the investment in the first year.
Benefit the customers by providing them with professional training and innovative products
Grow the company in the first 5 years and start franchising
Vision statement: “ To make the company the best on the market so that people all over the world would come to try it”.
To recruit up to 100 trainers in the next 9 months
