The disease I have chosen to discuss is Narcolepsy. Narcolepsy is a chronic sleep disorder which is characterized by overwhelming daytime drowsiness and sudden attacks of sleep. People who suffer from this condition find it hard to stay awake for any long periods of time. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are work, driving, eating or watching television. Narcolepsy is known to cause serious disruptions to a person’s daily routine.
