(UTI) a urinary tract infection is an infection in any part of urinary system ; kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra. Most infections involve the lower urinary tract — the bladder and the urethra. However, serious consequences can occur if a UTI spreads to kidneys. So in my literature review I am going to talk about preventing urinary tract infection.

I chose this article because the urinary tract infection is common among people especially the women are most infected with (UTI) than men. And there are three main factors can cause urinary tract infection and can be danger for urinary system function. The first factor is "increased frequency of sexual intercourse, the sconed is using of spermicide and diaphragm, the third is loss of estrogen effect periurethral structure and vagina" . My recommendation is to focus on personal hygiene and restricted to it with educate patient about warning signs of frequent urinary tract infection and their causes also patient should know about persistent and risk of it. And read more about urinary tract infection to get enough knowledge and to avoid the risk by taking precaution related to (UTI) . In addition , The medical staff should teach the clients about worsening of infection therapy.
