Values, Morals And Laws Of The Near Eastern Civilization
Values, morals and laws of the Near Eastern civilizations were connected to divinity. However, Greek culture used a rational approach that raised questions trying to find answers and explanations in natural order, rather than supernatural gods. As Christians, our faith in God leads us to give Him divine authority over us. We are to obey the laws where we live to the best of our ability. Nonetheless, those laws do not override the Laws of God, or Father.
