Haider’s September 22, 2017, invoice total amount due was $231.69 by October 17, 2017. Ms. Haider contacted customer service on October 18, 2017, in regard to service issues. A courtesy credit of $114.00 was issued to her account and appears on the October 22, 2017, invoice.
