Introduction

Virgin Group LTD is one of the most well-known, respected brand and outstanding international investment group. Invented in 1970 by Richard Branson. Virgin Group became a widespread company and began to grow up in businesses such as: mobile telephony, travel, financial services, leisure, TV, music, holiday and health & wellness. It involved in the fields of airlines, rail services, and transportation services, motorbike and cruise packages. They also operate gym facilities, racing teams, balloon flights, online video gaming and employee health program. In 1971 opened the first Virgin record store. In 1979 started to produce books, films, and megastores lately in 1984 they introduce their first airplane. In the latest 80’s they launched a luxury hotel range and keep buying new Boeings and opened new flight destinations. In 2000 began with car tracks and start to pop-up in the first line of stores. In 2009 celebrate their 25th anniversary.

Mission
According to the Mission Statement published on the VirginVieAtHome Web site (2008) “If there's a philosophy that runs through every Virgin Company, it's the desire to be different by being better. Better quality, better service and better value.” 1
By this Virgin is trying to say that they are standing for quality, innovation fun and value, competitive challenge. They keep goals and objectives by empowering their employees and monitoring customer’s feedback. Virgin improves decision- making by putting their selves in the customer’s shoes to see what could be better.

Vision
Virgin vision can be defined by words of Richard Branson (1997). “We are planning a global presence in travel, mobile communications, entertainment retailing and music. We are in exciting markets, which are set to benefit considerably from technological developments in distribution and fulfilment. I believe that Virgin has the opportunity to be in the top 20 of global brands.”2
