I will be analyzing Virginia Woolf’s “Professions for Women”. In Virginia Woolf’s essay she talks about the obstacles of being a woman in the workforce. She explains how societies expectations of how a women should be and how that expectation holds back women from expressing themselves freely. In the essay, I believe she is trying to achieve the goal of shedding some light of the obstacles for women and how that should be overcome.
