People that can’t obtain a I.D is other race beside white. Other race are the ones that have less voting rate. “African-Americans and Latinos are most likely to lack one of these qualifying I.Ds according to several estimates” (Childress, Sarah). This show that it's less fair because people are getting judge by their race when they can't afford a requirement for voting. The way people see that African - Americans and Latinos are lacking is by not having papers and good social, it make it hard to vote without a I.D. Each racial group started feeling they are useless to the state. People will start feeling that they are getting accused for making an illegal I.D. “And that is to discourage voting by persons likely to vote against the party responsible for imposing the burdens” (Childress, Sarah). The quote brings a point about not fear by not having a I.D. Show that the party won't have as mean votes that is needed.The I.D law is making people not even like they don't deserve their idea and hope for who they want. This is showing how people that makes frauds often will not make it in the elections by the Voting I.D Law. In fact people say it gives more fraud because the Voters I.D Law is only for those go in the polls in person. The reason it create more fraud is because people be sending their votes by mail and voting for other people. This shows how votes get counted because those who send it by mail arent been asked for there I.D incase people go in the polls are struggling because they will get ask.
