Good evening and welcome to The Science Show! Today we’re in an exclusive interview with Walter Isaacson, about his Number one New York Times Bestseller Einstein: His life and Universe. Walter Isaacson is the CEO of the Aspen Institute; was previously the chairman of CNN, and has been the managing editor of the Time Magazine. Isaacson is the author of the many well renowned biographies such as Steve Jobs, Benjamin Franklin and many more (Isaacson, 2014). [Audience applauses]

Calling his friend: “You frozen whale (Pg 1, Chapter 1),” [Laughs] shows a part of Einstein’s humour and personality. Promising the four letters to his friends shows his [Raises tone] determination to science as well as his ability to complete something that he is so captivated in. These four letters turned out to be some of the most significant tidings in the history of science and is now being taught in high schools to this day. The use of mentioning the four letters was because I based the whole biography around them. I used his thoughts and what was occurring around him to write the biography.
INTERVIEWER: [Surprised] There has been many biographies written about Einstein, but from research your biography is the most accurate. Congratulations!
