Putting warning labels on unhealthy fast foods
At first, I was tempted to say that labels should not be put on unhealthy fast foods, but on a second thought, I believe that it is very necessary to put the labels on unhealthy fast foods. First, we have to understand what food is. Food is any nutritious substance that animals or people drink or eat as a way of maintaining growth and life. This implies that anything that is non-nutritious that gum up or coronary arteries, rot our teeth or pad our adipocytes does not qualify as food. Having this in mind, we can support that a warning label, similar to that found in a cigarette should be put on unhealthy fast foods.

Personally, I would tell them that by putting a label on the fast food is not a trespass to their right to eat what they want. Labeling will only tell a person what is in the food that he or she is about to consume. Putting a label does not dictate anyone on what to put in their mouth. Another thing that should be considered is the message put as a label. There are some labels that may seem threatening e.g. ‘if you want to die painfully and slowly, eat this food.' I believe such a label has gone far from the intended mission of labeling the unhealthy food.
The kind of labels that should be put are the ones highlighting the potential health effects that a person can get from using or rather eating fast foods. It will also help our children, and future generation thinks about what to feed on now and the rest of their lives. Finally, I believe that consumers have the right to know the contents of their food. A warning label highlighting the nutritional information is a very effective way to alert a consumer that the food they are eating, or about to eat, is
