Goal Two: Increase preserves and enhance Washington Medical Center offerings Recognition offers high-value, high-quality, product and services target to that will best meet the needs and interest of the patient. Develop a marketing campaign that articulates the value of Washington Medical Center and development messaging for targeted recruitment of high profile, nonmember CEOs and new members from identified market segments.
Continue to enhance the value of the joint commission accreditation, especially to new market segments.
Increase membership engagement as measured by their use of programs, Products, and services as well as Community health organization activities.
Conduct a brand assessment and create a strong, unified and cohesive branding strategy to increase recognition and communicate Washington medical center’s value in the marketplace. Goal Four: Increase training G&D Sustain and enrich to improve productivity and enhance employee satisfaction
