One of the great contributions of Information Technology is the invention of Personal Computer. Computer is an electronic programmable device that can store, retrieve and process data into useful information. Computer is very vital nowadays not only in the world of work but also in education; indeed it is extraordinarily essential in any kind of offices. Computers can reduce paper work and cost associated with performing routine transactions. The ability of a computer to process data with accuracy makes it an essential tool in the performance of trivial and routine tasks necessary for decision making, planning and reporting. Computer and a preparedly system has brought the world better and easier way of running business, administering agencies, colleges and universities and it was considered the lifeblood of society. “Life is a race if you don’t run fast, you’ll be trampled” this quotation merely fits in today’s fast changing world as technology changed the way we live, work and spends leisure time.
