The Project once has being planned and it has received, both the time and funding it’s costly to make changes, however if the project has being planned well and the unexpected cost was added then it’s mostly after the stake holders to decide if the changes will make more since, than the actual profit or benefit.
One effective Way to make changes will be having an emergency meeting with the stakeholders and staff that are currently working on this project. At this point the whole project needs to be reevaluated and see if these changes can be done without having to change date lines. As (pinto 2010 p.6) addresses “Projects provided a philosophy and strategy for the management of change “Change is an abstract concept until we establish the means by which we can make real alterations in the things we do and produce.
The changes into the project will be introduce when I have research the hole project, in general this may not be a problem. (Pinto 2010 p. 213) it has a way to build the model for considering the introduction for the change. “What, Who, when, and why is a way to star brain storming and find the many ways that it can be altered with efficiency. The model also calls for research into the Managerial Contingency, Mitigation Strategies, Control and Documentation
As former business professional and a stake holder, this project has given me the confidence to provide a more intelligent decision when the time comes to apply it on my next project. I am currently working on a new business that I am planning to open soon. This project comes on handy, because I will have a model to refer to; when the time comes to put it in to the Microsoft Project 2007it sure will be easier. The tool that Pinto (Book) the instructor and the many ideas that this class provided as a result of the participation is also another a good structure to
