I know this can seem challenging especially if you are a beginner, keep in mind though, there is no “perfect” program that will be like a magic genie and not only get you ripped, but rich as well.
With that being said, there is no need to be scared, making your own weight training program is totally with in your abilities!
Start by first looking at what you are currently doing. Are you still getting results? Has it become boring? Am I pretty? :) (Oops, wasn’t suppose to add that one)

Step 5 – Rest time - Once you have chosen your rep range you can easily find your rest time.
1-3 reps rest 3-5 mins
4-7 reps rest 2-3 mins
8-12 reps rest 1-2 mins
12+ reps rest a minute or less
Step 6 – Weight – Finding the right amount of weight for your weight training program will take some trial and error.
You want to find a weight that challenges you, but allows you to finish the set with good form and doesn’t leave you dead at the end.
Starting out its better to go a little light to get the movement pattern down and avoid potential injury.
Last thing I want to say on creating your own weight training work out plan is keep trying to make progression. Progression can take many different forms such as adding weight, doing an extra rep or set, adding an extra session, or lowering your rest time.
