Animals face depression in cages. They do not have enough space to run around and animals held captive do not learn any life skills to help then survive in the wild. Research shows that animals are more depressed in cages than in the wild (education.nationalgeographic.com). Cages might be big but not nearly as big as the space in the wild. Restricting animals movement in the confines of a zoo is unnatural.Animals that are born in captive environments never get to see the world out side of their cages (buzzle.com).
