Behavioral theory is when someone observes a person's response to different situations. Because people are unable to observe senses or thought processes. An example would be a therapist observing their patent to make sure that they are no harm to themselves. If a child inherits their parents genes for an anger disorder the child could likely have it to. Especially if the child is in the environment where the outburst are frequent. Socio-cultural theory is the last of the seven, it is how people in different cultures respond in different situations. The book talked about kissing. Cultures that read left to right typically kiss with their head tilted to the right, but when cultures read right to left they typically turn their heads to the right when they kiss. For me the most difficult one to understand was psychodynamic I understand the gist of it but I don't think I feel like i understand it in depth as much as the other ones. I comprehended that behavior, emotions, and feelings and all stem from environment but I don't understand much more than that. I would say behavioral, I believe that through observation and reading body language someone is an open book. I think it's common to observe someone and be able to tell their mood just by the way of their facial expressions and their posture.
