What comes in your mind after hearing the words let them in?To me it means alot .It holds a great significance and tells the story of my life.My biggest mistake .Something i can't change.I am about to die but i want to confess something to the world before doing so.It was all my fault i should have never done so.My life is ruined, just because i let them in.
It all started when i met these strange men when i was 10.They told me that they would get rid of all my problems.i believed them as i belonged to a very differnet family.Where my parents were very very rich you could say i had everything, but remember the more you have the less you see.Despite having everything i felt ignored as my parents were always busy with work.I told this to those men and they told me to let them in my houe late at night,i gave them the number to my cell phone.
I feel spoilt now saying that i had a phone when i was that young.Noone here has a phone, both my children being ten and five have guns and they dont even know what a phone is.Why did i let them in.When i got the call i let them in my house. They broke in and murdered my parents in frontn of my eyes ,i was crying and in my arms was my seven months old brother.I stood there in shock.I had no idea that this would happen. Why did i let them in my house.
I went in a shock and blacked out.I woke up in

There are voices, inside my head. They won’t stop, no matter what I do they tease me. They say a name I’ve only heard once. It doesn’t matter though, my therapist says they’ll be gone. “It’s just halloween messing with you, nothing more.” He wants to put me in a mental care facility. The only one we had was the “R. James Memorial Mental Institution.” It held the wealthier people that went crazy. Now kids go there to do illegal things. There are many people that died there. It was more of a death row than anything else.…

When she took the bait she had gotten caught because a few days later they said that she was using counterfeit bills to buy her things. So the cops brought her to the station to question her. She said that she hadn’t known they were counterfeit and said she had gotten the money from me. That's when the plan backfired. The brought me in for questioning and I said that I hadn’t know they were counterfeits and that I just found them in the grass one day. The questioning had ended there but not for my parents. They ground into my sister for taking the money from me and then started grinding into me to figure out where I had gotten the money. I told them that I got it from a friend so I could use it as a way to get Meradith, my sister, to stop stealing money from me and from them. They said it was stupid of me to do that because she could have been arrested and kept in prison for a long time and they didn't want that to happen I told them I had done it for the greater good and they just scoffed and scowled at me. From that moment forward I haven't talked to my family or anybody since then because I didn't want to be punished for trying to do the right thing. I haven't spoken to anybody about it, not even Mr. Meany. I’m glad…

I am confused. My name is Adam Farmer and also Paul Delmonte. I witnessed my mother and father murdered which truly makes me the cheese. I’m scared every time I think about them. I don’t want to speak about them but I fear I must to conquer the feelings. I knew my mother didn’t have any friends and my father told me that we had no family. My mother spent most of her time in her room and would have a phone call every Thursday evening and it would last a very long time. I didn’t really know my parents very well. They were mysterious to me. It was as if they were hiding myself from me, if that makes any sense. They used to whisper about me in their bedroom, with the door shut. I heard what they were talking about and I realized that they had been lying to me about my identity. My father almost caught me listening in but luckily he didn’t because I panicked and ran away before he could open the door. (1 minute) I was too scared to confront my parents about what I heard them talking about. I thought about telling Amy, my girlfriend, about how weird my parents are but I was scared of what type of opinion she would make of my family. Amy is someone who doesn’t take life too seriously. I think that she is the opposite of me because she isn’t ever afraid and she doesn’t panic, unlike me. I hate people that try to act like they are really tough, luckily they are usually stupid. There were a group of bullies that tried to take my bike and my package away from me. They weren’t clever enough to figure out that I left my bike with the police and they chased me to the police station where I rested for a while because they wouldn’t dare come near me then. Amy’s mother and my mother are also different as my mum stays home all day and her mum spends most of her time outside her house. I am afraid of a thousand things, a million. Like it is to be claustrophobic and yet fear open spaces too. I panic when I try to call Amy from a telephone booth and every time I come across a dog it…

For many people, math is a dreaded subject due to it being difficult to understand. Through Geoffrey Colvin and his article, “What It Takes to Be Great”, it has been explained that anyone can become great at anything through the concept of deliberate practice. Deliberate practice is doing activities which help improve a person’s performance and has specific goals meant to improve the person’s abilities. It also is an “…activity that’s explicitly intended to improve performance, that reaches for objectives just beyond one’s level of competence, provides feedback on results and involves high levels of repetition…” (Colvin, 10). In math, it takes understanding the concepts to do well; you can memorize, but eventually memorization won’t help. Anyone can improve in this subject and become a straight-A student through studying and understanding material. You can become a straight-A student using this method by learning the content and making sure you get it, understanding the reasoning behind ideas, using connections to deepen understanding, and…

The last thing I remember is falling asleep during a late night rerun of the Twilight Zone. So when it happened, it was especially eerie, like I had stepped into a lost episode, but Rod Serling was nowhere in sight; for moment, neither was anybody else. At 4:31 AM a merciless shove pushed me off my bed. I crawled on the floor, trying to escape the cruel, uncontrollable shaking, but it followed me. It followed me down the stairs and underneath the dining room table where my family joined me. Little did I realize that before the morning sun rose again, I would see everything differently.…

Most of the time of my life since I was thirteen I told my therapist about everything but he never understood my problems so I stopped going and I handled it on my own. I knew my mother and father were too guilty to be ashamed so I consider them to be guilty all the same. At times I feel that they think I’m invisible and when I’m older I don’t want to see anyone for a long time, I play over and over again in my head my dad’s voice telling me that I will be a “failure” so if I don’t graduate high school I have a plan, I will live off the grid and live my life as a…

The owner of the house yelled at me and told me I better not move. Even though I had a concealed weapon in my back pack I didn’t reach for it. Frozen in fear I did just that and I didn’t move an inch until the police arrived. Just like I had seen on so many shows the police showed up and handcuffed me like a common criminal, read me my Mirada Rights, and literally threw me in the back seat of the police squad. So there I sat in the back of the squad car just a couple of days after my seventeenth birthday knowing what was going to happen next as I had been down this road before. My mind raced as we drove to the police station in what seemed to be the longest ride I had ever taken in my life even thought the police station was only 3 miles away from my home.…
