2) In the beginning, I valued relationships more because I wanted to feel accepted by others and make friends. As I have progressed, I have become more focused on results. When I do reach these areas, I always look to give it to someone else with the purpose being allowing them to grow while I pay close attention to what they are doing so I can grow as a person as well as a leader. This helps both parties involved by putting each person into a position that they are not typically in. I also find the learning process to be much more enjoyable and informative because you not only learn from a peer, but you also get to see others take charge which I find to be very rewarding.
4) From my team, I would expect that they tell me if I am not doing something correctly (in a respect manner of course). I would like for them to tell me where I did go wrong, what could have happened (for future reference), and how it should go.
