I think people would most likely use the ring for selfish purposes at first, fulfilling their smaller personal wants and needs. Many people may also try to ration and limit their uses of the ring, just as I would, in order to keep control and not go completely crazy with the overwhelming power they would now have. But at the same time I do think many people, maybe even the vast majority of people, may take advantage of the powers the ring would give them, and would use the ring purely for their benefit, doing any and all things that would better their position in life. This could include any crimes along the lines of stealing, of any kind (money, food, information, belongings, etc), all the way to killing someone that happened to bother them one time. I think without the aspect of consequences and judgement, people would have the freedom to really do whatever they pleased and behave in a way that they want to, without being concerned about the thoughts and opinions of others. Much of what we do in our lives is dependent on what others think. Humans are social animals, and we live our lives interacting with others, wanting to be liked and wanting to be respected by those around us. So when this ring becomes a part of our lives, we no longer have to worry about the opinions of other’s. We no longer would have to be concerned whether another person likes us or not. With this ring we would be able to get away with so many more things, and I think the bigger question we should be asking is: who could have the ring in their possession and not use it at
