According to Bevan and Sole (2014), nonverbal communication is when people show emotion in smiling, crying, or through facial expressions. These expressions can't be seen in a text or email. However, I was able to determine this behavior by using capitalization, exclamation points, and different emoticons. Interactions illustrated a sense of love and care.
