The four values are Academics, Character, Truth, and Service. The school values also helped to shape my values. From the schools environment it taught me their motto and the value of faith. So the school emphasized caring, giving us many chances to serve others with love. From these activities I thought to be giving, but I earned and learned more. I realized that the giver is blessed more than the receiver at times.
The ministry field that my parents worked in and the school activities helped me practice and shape my values. As an extend family we have a family motto which is "Please the Lord, Make the world a beautiful place, and make your neighbors happy." This family motto represents my values very well.
My other identity is being a missionary kid. I did not choose to be missionary kid. However, my parents are missionaries so naturally I had to follow them. Instead of complaining about the given situation, being grateful and accepting God’s plan even though I do not know the full picture of being a missionary kid. However, taking advantage of being a missionary kid and loving myself, it can be a privilege and spiritual legacy that the world cannot grant to
