The first speech were going to talk about is Brutus, Brutus used a lot of different ways to turn the crowd. The first way were going to talk about is how Brutus stands above the crowd to show power or to get attention. When he walks in the crowd is being loud and talking until they notice Brutus standing above them. Brutus tells the crowd that they did this for the good of rome and not just for the good of themselves, he states that if caesar was still the leader of rome that they would all die slaves, brutus uses ¨ I did love caesar but I love rome more.¨ This turns the crowd to be on his side, the crowd reacts with excitement and they all start talking to each other. At the beginning of the speech Antony brings out caesar's body, this is a strategy to get attention while everyone is talking. The crowd doesn't react good to Antony bringing out the body, Antony uses the same thing brutus did by standing above the crowd and using a loud voice. Then he turns the crowd to make a ring around Caesar's body, while in the circle Antony takes the cover off of him to show that he is gone and not coming back, this is when the crowd really shows emotion and istens a little bit more to what Antony has to say.
