Charles should sit down with each of the night shift employee’s one on one to determine how serious they are about going forward with working with Marty Reid. Typically if a person has the capacity to think thoroughly of a threat they are at risk carrying it out. Once all the information is gathered, Mr. Charles Jackson must take these threats seriously and report them to his direct supervisor, the owner, and the head of Human Resources. This upper management team must come to a decision to terminate the night shift team, by setting an example of a no tolerance policy regarding threats towards individuals and the company. Furthermore, Charles Jackson should report back their decision to the night shift team immediately, explaining they are no longer employed. If Mr. Jackson does nothing, something like Marty Reid ending up in an acid vat could be possible. Enclosing Mr. Charles Jackson needs to evaluate, report, and take seriously these threats. In the end people who threaten are mostly just blowing off steam, but when regrading a human life there is no
