What Is My First Time In Fahrenheit 451

I woke up Saturday morning without my alarm which was the first time because I got an extra hour of sleep. I usually warm up my bagel in the toaster, but instead turned on the oven for that. I had to do some homework for my classes and read a couple of chapters of Fahrenheit 451, and I did that for a couple of hours. Every time I wanted to check my social media, but I stopped myself. Since I was so bored, I started drawing and coloring. I played some card games with my sibling. Usually, when I am doing something other than being on my phone, I am usually having fun and time passes quickly. It was hard to let my phone down because I do everything on it, such as watching tv, playing games, texting, calling, listening to my music, and my homework. It is really hard for me not to listen to music because I love music and I love
It was awkward, but I had to explain why I couldn’t call them. But, they understood because they were only a couple years older than me. So when I went over their house, they wanted to turn on the tv, but I had to remind them and they were nice enough to do an activity that does not have to do with technology. We played Uno and a couple other card games. I got a snapchat text and I touched my phone and read the text, then without replying, I left my friend on reading and turned off my phone. I tried so hard to not touch my phone all day, then accidentally touched my phone towards the end. Towards bed time, I realized how in today’s society technology is so important to this generation. Even for me, it was hard to be away from my phone. This allowed me to be closer to my family and to enjoy life without technology. It allowed me to spend time with my family and have fun the real way. Real way as in not in technology fun. The message for this assignment was to let people know that there is a real world out there and it can change your experience without having technology near
