There are tons of different track stars in the world today, but none of them can compare to Allyson Felix and Sanya Richards-Ross. These women have accomplished so much on the professional level, especially in the 400 meter long sprint. Felix won Olympic medals not only in the 400m but also in the 200m, 100m, 4x4 relay, and the 4x1 relay. Richards-Ross specialty is the 400m run so she has only won medals in events that requires you to run 400 meters. Felix personal record in the 400 meter sprint is 49.26, which she set back at the 2015 World Championship in Beijing. That was the last time that she has broke her personal record, and that is very hard to do especially when you run long sprints. Felix still has time to break her personal record, not only in the 400 meter sprint but also in another one of her favorite events the 200 meter sprint. Sanya Richards-Ross is a beast in the 400 meter sprint she set the American record back in 2006, and nobody has yet to break that record not even Felix. As stated before, she has the fastest time in America that has been ran by a woman. She ran a time of 48.70, which was ran at the 2006 World Championships in Athens. Although Felix does not hold a record in the 400 meter dash or the 4x400 relay, she is apart of the 4x100m team who holds the 4x100 meter relay American record that was ran at the 2012 London Olympics. She may not be as great as Richards-Ross in the 400 meter sprint, her name is still known in her other
