As shown by many studies conducted by field professionals and sociologists, projects are becoming harder to be managed by the complexity of the participants and the way they interact with each other. One of the main difficulties encountered while working over the last years in construction and real estate projects was the coordination between different trades. The integration of the two main fields like engineering and architecture has always been one of the biggest contrasts in construction projects. The major reason for this is the different way of thinking and approach they have in relation to the process and the final product. Hence the need to increase the respective understanding and stabilize a new relationship how they interface with each other can bring a great benefit to the practice. Furthermore, not leaving the economic feasibility of the project which should be kept under control, so that both economic and technical factors fit together within stabilized budgets, especially in a market driven society where construction and real estate are the greatest contributors to the local economy.
