2. After listening to Earlonne and the other inmates describe their time in SHU, I felt bad for them because they basically treat them
worst, then animals in a cage. By giving them a glass of water a day, small toothbrushes, tiny soaps that need to last a week (which is ridiculous), prohibiting visits, not being able to go outside to breath fresh air, and having to do everything inside a little cellie. When the inmates were describing everything that they went through at SHU I couldn’t imagine everything because I was so in shock just listening to them speak. I feel like at the beginning the inmates that share cellies with someone feel good about having “roommates” but at some point, they obviously get tired and bad things can happened like they were explaining in this episode. This is all because of the limited space and the limited stuff they can do in SHU.
