I. Part One: What is a worldview? Define what the term “worldview” means.
The term worldview is defined as the way in which an individual defines and views the world around them, including the way they interact with someone and the decisions that they choose to make in the future. Furthermore, a person’s worldview is how they choose to filter their personal experiences. “Worldview is a response of our heart or inner being; our intellect, emotion and will. It’s the total framework we bring to decision making” (Weider & Guiterrez,Consider, 2011)
II. Part Two: Articulate the biblical/Christian Worldview (what is believed) for each of the following 5 questions. Give 2 relevant scripture references for each of the five questions below (do not write out the verse) to support why it is believed. 1. The question of Origin: In the biblical and Christian worldview it asserts that God created the world, in the book of Genesis 1 in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, all creation originated from God. In the biblical affirms that man was created out of the image of God, thus the origin of man. In the book of Romans 5 the question of where sin originated, the biblical worldview articulates that death entered the universe after mankind sinned; this is after god commanded Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of knowledge, for when they eat they will surely die. 2. In the book of Psalms 8, King David
