In March of 1871 was a big change for history and for African Americans that was the day when the pass of the Constitution. The violence was so bad That even the Congress could not control it. In the year of 1871 on April 20, the legislative had to respond this Act of violence. The Ku Klux Klan had to do with a part of the violence that was happening at the time.The Act of Enforcement also was called the Ku Klux Klan Act or the Civil Rights Act of 1871(thefreedictionary.com/). This act had to do with passing the law that African Americans can vote.
